Tomorrow I am 10 weeks along and on Monday I have my first Dr.'s appointment. I am really looking forward to meeting with the doctor and just verifying that everything is A-OK. Today has been my best day yet. I could tell I was feeling better today when I woke up and thought I think I am going to go on a walk before work. I think my body is really not liking how sedentary I have been. It felt good to be out in the sunshine and cool air this morning.
This week I have found a bunch of great websites in regards to other women who became gluten intolerant with pregnancy. It has been really encouraging and has given me lots of idea's for cooking. One of the biggest challenges is just figuring out what I can and cannot eat. But the websites are helping me see what my options are. Last night we made a really tasty Shrimp Pad Thai. It was so fun to cook together and it turned out good. I love to cook! Eating out is some what impossible because everything has gluten or has been cross contaminated by other things made with it. I am still trying to figure this out.
I don't really have any huge food aversions thus far. I want to eat things like pizza and cookies but they are not an option. The thing I want to eat the most is tuna. Not sure what it is about tuna but I love it. Sadly you are not supposed to eat much of it so I limit myself to once a week.
Yes, my life is kind of boring right now but hey things will liven up come the 2nd trimester. I still don't really believe I am pregnant.

I ate tuna everyday when I was pregnant with Lila. Maybe 2 times a week would be ok??
They say you shouldn't eat cold cuts but that is all I ate when I was preggos with Tan. Well that apples and steak!
