What do you eat for breakfast? Are you a rut eater or do you mix it up? I know my mom has two cups of black coffee and eats half an apple and a handful of nuts every morning. Then about two hours later she has a piece of toast with cottage cheese and Cinnamon and sugar. I know that sounds gross but if you like cottage cheese it actually really good. My sister on the other hand has cereal almost every morning and is a non coffee drinker. For some reason I think it's inter sting to see what everyone else eats for breakfast. So what do you eat?
I am all over the place - one cup of coffee with organic 1/2 and 1/2 and some sugar and then either:
yogurt with wheat germ,
toast with peanut butter, banana and honey
oatmeal
banana pancakes
cereal
two eggs....

it depends on if i am in a space of being kind to my body.
if i'm not and i'm in a fatty frame of mind, i eat a breakfast sandwich from the cafe at work (crossiant, ham, egg, cheese).
if i'm being healthy (i'm trying) i eat one of two things:
-- either oatmeal with blueberries OR raisins
-- a nutrigrain bar and a piece of fruit.
this morning it is a nutrigrain bar on the way to church because i'm already running late!
2 cups of water.
Zone Bar.
Coffee.
In that order.
Yum.
I eat the same thing every morning: 1 cup of coffee with half and half and a sweet and low. A cereal bar with a little peanut butter smeared on the back. YUMMO! - Kel :)
I'm similar to Kel and Kristi. I have 2 cups of coffee with flavored creamer, and a Luna bar. Usually a couple hours later I have a string cheese or yoplait yogurt.
My favorite is the European Hot Cereal mix from the bulk section at Henry's. It's oatmeal with slivered almonds and dates. YUM! Sometimes I mix in some ground flax and cinnamon. Keeps me full for the whole morning.
Okay so I know it may seem silly to ask people what they eat for breakfast but I think it is super interesting. Most people eat the same thing every morning which they do say helps with weight loss and maintenance. Hmmm Corrina I might need to try that cereal it sounds really good.
