Surprise I'm pregnant!
I was a bit hesitant to post this because I am only 8 weeks but what the heck, I really hate keeping secrets about exciting things. I am due at the end of September and I go in for my first Dr's appointment on March 3rd. We are very excited to be starting our family. We found out on January 21st and we were really really surprised. We decided that we would start trying because 1. There is never a good time to have kids and 2. It took my sister 1.5 years, and my sister-in-law 5 years and my other sister-in-law is still trying to conceive. So after 5 months we were very surprised to find out that everything had worked as it was intended to. On the 21st I stopped by the dollar tree on my way home and picked up 4 $1 pregnancy tests. My husband is not really a fan of me taking pregnancy tests because they are so expensive but I figured if I got the cheap one's he wouldn't care. So I took the test and two lines showed up but the second line was really faint. After reading the instructions it said that the second line may be very light. hmmmmm.... I told my husband that I had never seen that line before but maybe I took the test wrong. So Frank and I agreed I should take another one. The second test also came up with that line. At this point we were both freaking out and we decided he better go to the drug store and get a good one. So he did and this is a picture of the real deal. It said positive and all signs are pointing toward me being prego. So far being pregnant has been bumming. I have had morning sickness all day long and my allergy to wheat has been on the fritz. I think pregnancy has actually made me more sensitive to my food allergies. The worse part is how I am getting chubby really quickly because of my need to eat non-stop to fend off the constant nausea. Oh the joys! I know it will be worth it though.

OH MY GOSH! That is so exciting! Yes, the weight gain is not so much fun, but the benefits cancel it out. Eat up! I'm so happy for you! Keep us posted, and we'll be praying for a safe and healthy pregnancy.

Congrats! I literally went to your blog to see if this might be the case since you wrote on facebook that you were "nauseas". I was a little suspicious.
